Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original condition.

How to Return

Email us at hello@theriotact.com with your order number and reason for return
We will reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions
Ship the item back to us (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect)
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchanges

Want a different scent or variant? We are happy to exchange unopened products within 30 days. Contact us at hello@theriotact.com and we will sort it out.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased on sale or at a discount
Digital products or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us at hello@theriotact.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement at no charge.
