30-Day Refund Window

We offer refunds on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. To start a refund, email hello@theriotact.com with your order number.

Refund Process

Contact us at hello@theriotact.com within 30 days of receiving your order
We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days
Ship the item back unused and in original packaging
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Late Refunds
