Where are your products made?

Every product is handcrafted in small batches in Harriman, Tennessee. We do not use contract manufacturers or overseas production. What you get is made here, by hand, every time.

What is in your beard oils?

Our beard oils are built on a base of Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, and Sweet Almond Oil — all chosen for their ability to condition beard hair and the skin underneath without leaving grease. Every scent profile uses either essential oils or high-quality fragrance oils. No parabens, no synthetic filler oils, no watered-down formulas.

How do I use beard oil?

Apply 3 to 5 drops to your palm after showering while your beard is still slightly damp. Rub your hands together and work the oil from the roots to the tips of your beard, then use a beard comb or brush to distribute evenly. Daily use gives the best results — softer beard, less itch, no beardruff.

How long does one bottle of beard oil last?

With daily use of 3 to 5 drops, a 1oz bottle typically lasts 4 to 6 weeks depending on beard length and thickness. Longer, thicker beards may go through it faster.

What is the difference between beard oil, beard balm, and beard butter?

Beard Oil — Liquid, fast-absorbing, conditions the hair and skin underneath. Best for everyday moisture and reducing itch.

Beard Balm — Semi-solid, provides light hold and shape along with conditioning. Good for taming flyaways and styling.

Beard Butter — Thicker than oil, no hold, deep conditioning focus. Best for coarse or dry beards that need serious moisture.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping typically delivers in 3 to 7 business days after processing. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item, email us at hello@theriotact.com with a photo and we will send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Can I get your products in my barbershop?

Yes. We run a consignment program for approved barbershops. You keep 30% of every sale, we keep 70%. No upfront buy-in required. Email hello@theriotact.com with the subject line BARBERSHOP INQUIRY to get started.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated without harsh chemicals, parabens, or synthetic fillers. However, every person's skin is different. We recommend checking the full ingredient list on each product page before purchasing if you have known allergies or sensitivities. If you have a reaction, discontinue use and contact us.
